Community Group Chat Strategy

Client: Nonprofit Serving Individuals Experiencing Homelessness
Service Area: Digital Tool Research & UX Mockup Design

ATRICA supported a nonprofit client in designing a moderated group chat space for people experiencing homelessness to connect, share resources, and build community. We created a mockup to visualize the chat experience and presented both short-term and long-term platform options based on the client’s existing WordPress site. Recommendations included scalable solutions such as RumbleTalk, AtomChat, and Grupo for long-term integration, along with interim tools like Reddit, Slack, and Discord for immediate use.
